Terms of Service

These terms cover the Localwise HQ™ website and product, operated by ViralVaultNetwork, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. Contact us at team@localwisehq.com.

The service

Localwise HQ gives local businesses and agencies booking pages, links, reminders, and related tools. Features described as "coming" aren't available yet, and we may change them. We can improve or change the service over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement for yourself or your business.
• Give accurate details, and keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• If you add client logins, you're responsible for inviting the right people and removing them when needed.

Plans and payment

• Current prices are on our pricing page. Plans include a set number of businesses, and add-ons are charged per business.
• Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Taxes may be added where they apply.
• You can cancel before your next renewal, and your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Any refund terms are shown when you buy.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

Free trials

If we offer a free trial, its limits are shown when you sign up. We may refuse or end a trial that we believe is being misused, including one created with a temporary email address.

Your customers' information

You decide what you collect and how you use it. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including privacy, marketing, and consumer laws, and for having the right to contact your customers. We handle that information for you as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam or mislead people
• Break the law or anyone's rights
• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Pretend to be a business you aren't allowed to represent
• Attack, overload, or copy the service, or get around its limits

Google and other services

Localwise HQ isn't part of Google and isn't a Google partner. Google decides how your profile and any link on it appear, and that can change at any time. We can't bring back the call button, and we don't promise any ranking or a particular button on your profile.

No guaranteed results

We don't promise a certain number of bookings, customers, calls, reviews, or sales.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your content, and you let us use it as needed to run the service. We keep ownership of Localwise HQ, including the software and brand. "Powered by Localwise HQ" stays on booking pages.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Reminders and emails can fail or be delayed, so please don't rely on them alone for anything urgent or safety-related.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided "as is", as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
