Localwise HQ™ is operated by ViralVaultNetwork, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this website and in the Localwise HQ product, why we collect it, and the choices you have. To contact us, email team@localwisehq.com.
Who this covers
- Website visitors, including people who join our early-access list.
- Our customers, meaning the businesses and agencies that use the product, and their staff and client logins.
- Their customers, meaning people who use a business's booking page. The business decides why it uses this information, and we handle it on the business's behalf. If you booked with a business, please contact that business first about your information.
What we collect
- Early-access list: your email address and any details you choose to give, such as your trade.
- Accounts: your name, email, login details, business details, and your plan and billing status. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google account details.
- Bookings and messages: what a customer enters on a booking page, such as their name, phone, email, address, job details, vehicle details, and any photos.
- Unfinished bookings: which step a visitor reached. If a visitor enters their details but doesn't finish, the business may see those details and may call or email them. The form tells the visitor about this and lets them say no.
- Technical information: basic information like pages visited, device type, and network address, which we use to run and protect the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service, including bookings, confirmations, reminders, review requests, and reports
- To tell you when we open, if you joined the early-access list
- To support customers and send important notices about their account
- To prevent abuse, including blocking bots and temporary email addresses
- To meet our legal duties
We don't sell personal information.
Emails to people who didn't finish
A business can have the product send one email to a visitor who left their email but didn't finish booking. It only works if the visitor was told and didn't say no. Every such email includes a way to stop further emails. We don't send text messages to these visitors.
Cookies and browser storage
This website doesn't use advertising cookies. It may store a small preference in your browser, such as remembering that you closed a message. The product uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the service, with providers that work for us:
- Website hosting and security: Cloudflare
- Product hosting: Vercel
- Database and logins: Supabase
- Email delivery: Resend
- Sign-in, if you choose it: Google
- Payments, once they're available: our payment provider
- Text messages, once SMS is available: Twilio
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if the business is sold or reorganized.
How long we keep it
- Photos are deleted 60 days after the appointment or quote request.
- Details from people who didn't finish a booking are kept for 14 days.
- Visit records, without personal details after 14 days, are kept for 25 months.
- Early-access emails are kept until we open and contact you, or until you ask us to remove them.
- Account and booking information is kept while the account is active, and then as long as needed for legal and accounting reasons.
Where it's stored
Our providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different privacy laws from yours.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to object to some uses, and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email team@localwisehq.com. You can leave the early-access list at any time by asking us.
Security
We use access controls so that one customer's data stays separate from another's. No service can promise perfect security.
Children
The service is for businesses and isn't meant for children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We'll update this page when this policy changes, and change the date at the top.
